Jenny Ng started her legal career in a prominent criminal litigation firm where she assisted in amongst others, criminal fraud and white-collar crimes. She subsequently moved her practice to banking litigation which focused particularly on civil fraud as well as corporate and commercial litigation involving liquidation and corporate restructuring. Jenny Ng has accumulated a wealth of experience and handled numerous major and complex commercial related disputes throughout her years of practice.
Jenny Ng has also led and argued cases in lower courts, High Courts as well as appellate courts. Aside from arguing cases in courts, Jenny Ng is also particularly skilful in negotiating terms favourable to her clients in a settlement process.
Jenny Ng is a multilingual lawyer who can converse fluently in English, Mandarin and Malay.
